This Acceptable Use Policy applies to all use of the Default Gone website, AI advisor, and related services.
1. Permitted use
You may use the Default Gone service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The service is intended for Australian consumers who want to dispute default listings on their own credit file, and for brokers and other introducers participating in our referral program.
2. Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information about your identity or your credit history.
- Engage us to dispute a listing on someone else’s credit file without their explicit, written consent and signed authority.
- Use the service to launder money, evade tax, or facilitate any other unlawful activity.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the service.
- Scrape, mass-download, or systematically extract content from the website except as expressly permitted by our robots.txt and llms.txt.
- Use the AI advisor to attempt prompt injection, jailbreak, social engineering, or other manipulation of our systems.
- Send spam, malware, or harmful code through any of our communication channels.
- Behave abusively or threateningly toward our AI advisor or our operations administrators. We reserve the right to terminate the service for any user who does so.
3. AI advisor recordings
Calls to and from our AI advisor are recorded and transcribed. By using the AI advisor you consent to recording and to the use of the recording for service-delivery, training, and quality-assurance purposes. You can request a copy of any recording in which you are a participant.
4. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service for any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy. We will refund any fees paid for unperformed work, less reasonable charges for work already performed.
5. Reporting abuse
If you become aware of any breach of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to contact@defaultgone.com.au.
