Why people pay for this
A default on your credit file can hold up your life. It may stop you getting approved for a home loan, car finance, a personal loan, business finance, a phone plan, an energy connection, or a rental application. It can mean higher interest rates, larger deposits, more questions from lenders, and the embarrassment of a broker telling you there’s a problem on your file. A default can seriously damage your credit profile and may make approvals harder, slower or more expensive.
No removal guarantee
We do not guarantee removal. No one honest can. The outcome of any dispute depends on the facts of your specific case, the documents available, and how the credit provider responds. What we do is run a structured, careful dispute process built around Australian credit reporting rules. The fee buys the work, not a particular result.
Multiple defaults
Each default listing is a separate engagement at $399. Each consumer’s credit file is their own — on a joint account, both consumers have the listing recorded independently and each engages us separately. Same work, same price, every time.
Refunds and cancellation
You may cancel within 14 days of signing. If your dispute has not yet been lodged, you may receive a full refund. If work has already started or the dispute has already been lodged, reasonable charges may apply for work already performed. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not excluded.
