What technology helps us do
- Guide you through a structured intake so we capture the facts that matter for your specific listing.
- Help us prepare your dispute consistently and clearly.
- Track timeframes, follow-ups and correspondence so nothing falls through the cracks.
- Send you progress updates at the right moments — lodgement, response received, outcome.
What technology does not do
- It does not replace careful review of your case.
- It does not guarantee removal — outcomes always depend on the facts of your case and the credit provider’s response.
- It does not give legal or financial advice. We are not a law firm.
- It does not make final decisions about your dispute without the dispute being reviewed before lodgement.
Why we ask structured questions
The intake we walk you through is designed to capture the right facts in the right order — address history, notice service, hardship, payment arrangements, account history. Structured questions keep the dispute focused and reduce the chance of missing something important.
Data and privacy
The personal information you give us is handled under the Privacy Act 1988. We use it only for the purpose of preparing, lodging and tracking your dispute — and for the customer support that goes with it. Our Privacy Policy sets out exactly what we collect, how we store it, and how long we keep it.
Limitations
Technology is helpful but not perfect. If something in a draft dispute or a communication does not match your situation, tell us — we will fix it. You can reach us at contact@defaultgone.com.au, by phone on (02) 5502 7025, or via our complaints page.
