Our approach
- Facts first. Every dispute is built on the facts of your case — the listing, the notice, the address history, the account, any hardship, and any payment arrangements.
- Structured process. A clear sequence: review, prepare, lodge, track, follow up, report back.
- Honest communication. Plain-English updates. No probability scores. No false promises.
What we look for
- Whether proper notice was given before the listing.
- Whether the amount, the date, or the account details are correct.
- Whether the payment history was recorded truthfully.
- Whether hardship or payment arrangements were properly considered.
- Whether the listing is incomplete, out of date, or recorded against the wrong person.
What we do
- Review your listing and surrounding facts.
- Prepare a structured dispute on the grounds that fit your case.
- Lodge the dispute with the credit provider and the credit reporting body.
- Track the response window and chase if needed.
- Follow up and escalate where the response is unsatisfactory and grounds remain.
- Tell you the outcome in plain English.
What we do not do
- We do not guarantee removal. Outcomes depend on the facts of each case.
- We do not provide legal or financial advice. We are not a law firm.
- We do not use probability scores or fabricated success-rate claims.
- We do not work on judgment debts or court-ordered listings.
Possible outcomes
- Removed. The credit provider accepts the dispute and the listing comes off your file.
- Corrected. The listing remains but a detail is amended — the amount, the date, or the listing entity.
- Updated. The status is updated (for example, an outstanding default updated to “paid”).
- Declined. The credit provider declines and we tell you what was decided. Where grounds remain, escalation is included in the fee.
When we may not be able to help
We cannot take cases where the consumer is currently in an undischarged bankruptcy, an active Part IX debt agreement, or an active Part X personal insolvency agreement. Once discharged or completed, you are welcome back. We also cannot help where the listing is correctly recorded on the facts and there are simply no grounds to dispute it — in that case, the most caring answer is to tell you straight, and we will.
